Enjoying Good Health
Our employees can take advantage of Webtrends-provided benefits from their first day at work. Employees can select from among a variety of health plan options to choose the one that’s right for themselves and/or their families. Depending upon your location your health plan options include a PPO, HMO and HSA and all options are paired with dental and vision insurance plans.

Protecting Our Employees and Families
All Webtrends employees are eligible for employer-paid life insurance protection at multiples of their salary to a maximum of $350,000; and with accidental up to $700,000. There is an additional choice of adding more life insurance for the employee and their families up to $500,000.
An Employee Assistance Program that offers free, confidential counseling and assistance in resolving situations that may come up in your personal or professional life such as family and personal conflicts, stress, loss and grief issues, financial and legal issues, child care referrals, etc.
For short term stays away from work, there is salary continuation; for longer terms, disability benefits with an option of a tax-free benefit.

Planning for the Future
Within Webtrends 401(k) Retirement Plan, our employees can choose to invest among 20+ funds ranging from conservative money market funds to always-on-the-move international stock funds. Webtrends makes the investment sweeter with an employer match of 50% of the first 6% up to $3,500 a calendar year. Our plan has all the perks, such as loan availability, online statements and daily transfers.

Tax Savings
Webtrends provides the opportunity to save tax dollars by providing Flexible Spending Accounts for medical and dependent care expenses. We also encourage employees in each of our locations to take advantage of the tax-free savings of our qualified parking plan.

Kicking Back and Putting Your Feet Up
Webtrends chooses eight holidays each year to recognize as company holidays. An additional two are chosen personally by each employee. Vacation is accrued at three weeks a year to start, and then one additional day is added each year up to 20 days.

Sick Leave
It’s important to take the time to get well when you’re sick or injured. Webtrends does not strictly limit the number of sick days used because we trust you to use your sick leave responsibly.

Employee Referral
At Webtrends, we believe we hire great employees – and we believe they can refer great candidates as future employees. So we are offer a referral bonus for every candidate who gets hired.

Education Assistance
Webtrends encourages employees to pursue additional education to enhance their professional and personal development. Education expenses are reimbursable up to 75% with maximum reimbursement of USD 3,500 per academic year.

To make it even easier, Webtrends helps employees with an employer subsidy on Tri-Met, CTran, ORCA, and Commuter Checks passes.
