Have a blog? Webtrends Analytics offers Consumer Generated Media tracking parameters that help you measure critical information about your blog, such as who's reading, who's commenting, and what they're talking about. This kind of information can help you optimize your blog content to keep your readers engaged and encourage active commenting. Here's how to create a custom report to measure blog engagement:
Step 1: Create the report and assign the dimensions. In the administrative console, go to Web Analysis > Report Configuration > Custom Reports > Reports and click 'New'. After entering the general information about your report, select 'Consumer Generated Media Type' as the primary dimension. View screenshot |
